As always in life, people want a simple answer … and it’s always wrong

Perhaps it is sometimes due to the brain itself, which has less work with simple answers than with realistic, because very complex, relationships. As is well known, the brain tends to compare the unknown with the known in order to classify and interpret the former, or to prevent irritation and banish fears. Thus, very similar things are often identified as quasi the same. And yet the subject cannot legitimize itself with the laziness of the brain, because after all, we actively make and experience the world ourselves to a considerable extent. And simple explanations always lead to a social dead-end and authoritarian hallucinations respectively.
